CornerDay ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

When you use CornerDay, we collect:

• Account information — your email address and display name when you sign up.
• Recovery data — streak dates, mood check-ins, loss and repayment entries, urge journal logs, and badge progress. This data is private to your account.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics (app opens, feature usage) to help us improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Supporter link data — if you share your progress with a trusted person, we store a temporary token and the data you choose to share (streak, mood, milestones).

2. How we use your information

• To provide the CornerDay service and sync your data across devices.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, weekly digest, milestone alerts) — only to your registered email.
• To process subscription payments via RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.
• To operate the AI Coach feature (Premium only). Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API and are not stored by CornerDay after your session ends.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the app:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU or US region).
• Anthropic — AI Coach messages (Premium only, session only).
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google AdMob — ads shown to free users only. Never shown on urge, relapse, or crisis screens.

4. Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. Deletion permanently removes all your recovery data within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data from the Account screen. To request data deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the address below.

6. Children

CornerDay is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
